Howard Moore Finishes Second at I-30

Howard Moore entered the second annual Hammer Hill Twin Bill on Thursday night at I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Ark.).

Nineteen Sprint Cars entered the $2,000-to-win program, and Howard won his heat race from the pole position to earn the second-starting spot for the feature. He ran in the runner-up position throughout the finale before crossing the finish line in second behind race winner, Jordon Mallett.
