Two Of The Three For Moore At Lucas Oil Speedway

WHEATLAND, Mo. (September 14, 2024) Making two of the three nights at Lucas Oil Speedway during the Hockett/McMillin Memorial, Howard Moore tried a few things that did not quite work out the way the team hoped.

"Thursday night, we tried something different with the car, and the results were not that good. We started sixth in the fourth heat and finished seventh. That gave us the 11th starting spot for the B, and we finished 8th, missing the A feature by two positions," posted Moore to his Facebook page.

Fighting track conditions throughout the weekend, Friday saw the team make the feature and roll from 17th to 12th.

Summarizing Saturday, Moore posted, "Saturday, combined points for the previous nights gave me the fifth position in the first last chance qualifier. I finished fourth. That would give me the 15th position for the A feature, and we finished 14th."
