Moore wanted more at Lucas Oil
His end results may have been short of the goal, but Howard Moore's effort in Lucas Oil Speedway's 15th Annual Jesse Hockett/Daniel McMillin Memorial featuring POWRi was on point, racing on to qualify for back-to-back main events including Saturday's finale, and doing so against a stout field of nearly 40 entries. When the weekend finally concluded, Moore's stat sheet included 17th and 24th-place finishes, the latter being the official tail end of a DNF; he started 13th.
As noted, the POWRi Outlaw Sprint League program featured some of the best 410 Sprint Car aces the sport has to offer including Ryan Newton, who won Saturday's finale.
