Howard Moore perseveres for top-five at Jacksonville
Despite a short evening Friday at Lee County Speedway in Donnellson, Iowa, forced to surrender prior to the evening's B-Main due to rear-end issues, Howard Moore and his Memphis, Tennessee, outfit hit the road back east, joining the field at Jacksonville Speedway in Jacksonville, Illinois, on Saturday, October 4. Their decision to visit the southern Illinois oval certainly paid off, capping their evening with a top-five - their tenth of the 2025 season - and a full momentum shift, quickly scrapping their mechanical hiccup for a stat-worthy result.
Moore finished fifth, officially, launching preliminary action with a runner-up score in his respective heat race.
