Moore visits Missouri's Lucas Oil Speedway for Diamond Classic
Howard Moore took on some of the country’s top Sprint Car talent over the weekend as the Kubota High Limit Sprint Car Series rolled into Lucas Oil Speedway for the three-day event at the famed Diamond of Dirt Tracks.
Competing in the second round of the Diamond Classic on Friday, Moore secured the final transfer spot in his heat race to make the feature. He carried that momentum into the 30-lap main event, advancing four positions to finish 15th.
On Saturday, Moore earned his spot in the $25,000-to-win finale with a runner-up finish in the last-chance qualifier. He went on to cap the weekend with a 19th-place finish in the 35-lap feature.
