Moore concludes USCS weekend with top-ten at Thunderhill
Howard Moore's two-race weekend with the United Sprint Car Series (USCS) ended in a big way, concluding his start at Thunderhill Raceway in Summertown, Tennessee, with a top-ten performance - his second overall in three starts since Friday, April 24. Moore, a recent POWRi winner at Big O Speedway in Ennis, Texas, finished sixth in the aforementioned USCS 360 sprint outcome, climbing ahead two positions from the outside of row four; he finished fourth in his respective heat.
As noted, Moore's Thunderhill visit on May 2 concluded a two-race weekend for the Memphis hotshot, opening action with an unfortunate "DNF" at North Alabama Speedway on Friday, May 1 - he started second.
